Job Description

 

  • Performing architectural/engineering calculations.
  • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
  • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
  • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
  • May review and approve conceptual designs.
  • May assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques.
  • BIM Model and Drawing production. Design brief compliance, completeness and accuracy.
  • Design coordination within interior design and cross discipline.
  • Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through
  • completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes and
  • design criteria established by project leadership.
  • Preparing, reviewing and approving drawings as required.
  • Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials
  • application and manufacturer supplier appropriateness.
  • Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our client needs in collaboration with other disciplines.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    • Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
    • University degree in Architecture.
    • Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience.
    • Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior design practice.
    • Software proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe.
    • Experience in all project phases from predesign through project closeout.
    • Experience with international clients or with international companies.
