Your Role 🎧

For one of the biggest Energy suppliers in Belgium, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch, combined with English. 🌍 In this job, you will help private and commercial clients with all their questions or challenges via phone and email. 📞📧 You'll guide them through changes in customer data, meter readings, contracts, and invoice inquiries. You’ll also learn to analyze annual settlements independently. Previous customer service experience isn't required but is highly appreciated! 😉 Note: You must already live in Morocco or be ready to relocate in the short term! ✈️

Your Profile 💎

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish 🗣️

• Working proficiency in English 🇬🇧

• Service-minded, result-oriented, and armed with a positive attitude! 📈

• Experience in a call center is a plus (but not a must)! 📞

• You are totally computer-savvy 💻

• Independent, a great problem-solver, and a sharp analytical thinker 🧠
