🎧 Your Role

From our vibrant office, you will become the expert in advising existing customers. You will identify opportunities for additional products and services that truly add value. You'll communicate effectively through inbound and outbound calls, conduct sharp negotiations, and successfully close sales. Your goal? A smile on the customer's face and smashing your sales targets!

📞 Your Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities: Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that add real value 🔍.

• Manage interactions: Engage in enthusiastic outbound calls to discuss our latest innovations with customers 📞.

• Present & Persuade: Showcase the added value of our extra services and how they enhance the customer’s safety ✨.

• Negotiate & Close: Persuade customers, negotiate terms, and successfully finalize additional sales.

• Follow-up: Ensure a flawless experience and respond promptly to any customer concerns 🤝.

• Administration: Accurately record customer data and call outcomes in our systems.

😊Your Profile

We are looking for a match made in heaven! You have a commercial mindset and possess the following skills:

• Language: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Customer-Focused & Empathetic: You understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Persuasiveness: You are excellent at arguing and negotiating to close the deal.

• Accurate: You record all customer interactions and results carefully in our systems.

• Result-Oriented: You actively work on exceeding your sales targets.

• Reliable: You can provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

• Flexibility: You are available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
