As an Electrical Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical safety compliance across the Bosch Budapest site. You will coordinate and continuously develop the electrical safety organization, support management decisions, and contribute to creating a safe and compliant working environment in line with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Your tasks:
â–º Coordinating and continuously developing the electrical safety organization across the site
â–º Maintaining and improving electrical safety regulations, processes, and related documentation
â–º Supporting management in electrical safety-related decision-making and providing professional guidance
â–º Advising engineering and operational teams on electrical safety requirements and compliance topics
â–º Providing professional support and guidance to electrical safety responsible persons across the organization
â–º Organizing and coordinating electrical safety trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities
â–º Supporting the development and operation of inspection, review, and audit systems related to electrical installations and equipment
â–º Conducting electrical safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
â–º Identifying non-conformities, initiating corrective actions, and monitoring implementation until closure
â–º Cooperating with HSE teams in risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives
â–º Participating in the investigation of electrical safety incidents and coordinating corrective and preventive actions
â–º Supporting CE certification processes from an electrical safety perspective
â–º Collaborating with internal stakeholders, operators, contractors, and external partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence
â–º University degree in Electrical Engineering
â–º Several years of professional experience in electrical safety, electrical operations, maintenance, facility management, or a related technical field
â–º Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations, standards, and operational requirements
â–º Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
â–º Experience in conducting audits, inspections, or compliance assessments
â–º Confident, proactive, and assertive personality with strong ownership and decision-making skills
â–º Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
â–º Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement
â–º Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
