Job Description

• Build the Sigma Software brand in the Albanian market and represent the company at a country level to create a positive image and strong visibility
• Grow the company's local network and reputation across the market
• Assess local market conditions and identify recruiting and business opportunities, coordinating with external recruiting partners as needed
• Retain and grow the local team while monitoring employee engagement and morale
• Build a strong team through coaching, training, and development, bringing out the best in office personnel
• Coordinate with and report to senior management, making recommendations to improve Customer experience and drive growth
• Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and capture growth opportunities
• Share knowledge with other offices and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with high ethical standards and all applicable regulations and laws

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Recruitment/HR Lead
• Strong understanding of the local Albanian market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask 
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
