As a German Speaking HR Operations Specialist, you will support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for our DACH organization. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and an excellent employee experience.
Your tasks:
â–º Managing incoming HR requests through the ticketing system, including prioritization, tracking, resolution and escalation of cases
â–º Providing support, information and guidance in designated areas of the employee lifecycle with a customer- and quality-oriented mindset
â–º Processing HR administration tasks related to contract management and compensation & benefits
â–º Maintaining and updating employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (OM/PM) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
â–º Managing and maintaining process-related attributes in SAP HR Core
â–º Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners in Austria to clarify requests and provide status updates
â–º Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, company policies and data protection requirements
â–º Handling confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion
â–º Contributing to the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR process documentation
â–º Identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes and service delivery
â–º University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field
► 1–3 years of experience in HR Services, HR Administration or a comparable support function
â–º Experience working with SAP HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage
â–º Proficient user of MS Office applications
â–º Strong written and verbal communication skills
â–º Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
â–º Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
â–º Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles when handling employee information
â–º Structured, self-organized and service-oriented personality with excellent time management skills
â–º Fluent German language skills (C1) both written and spoken
â–º Intermediate English language skills (B1) both written and spoken
â–º Hungarian language knowledge is not required, but considered an advantage
