Join our Night-Owl Team!

Are you a night owl with a knack for multitasking and a love for hospitality? We're looking for a Night All-Rounder to join our team and make the nighttime magic happen! If you thrive in the quiet of the night and enjoy a mix of front office duties and keeping our public areas spotless, this job is for you!

What will you be doing?

• Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
• Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from answering guest enquiries, ensuring our public areas are clean and completing hotel security walks
• Handle guest luggage; storing and delivering with care
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
• Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program

The successful candidate must be available to work nights including weekends and public holidays and must have Full NZ working rights.

Qualifications

Your skills and experience include:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
• Comfortable to work night shifts and staying alert
• Ability to juggle duties across departments with a keen eye for cleanliness and order
• Strong communication skills and punctual
• A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Must have a full New Zealand Drivers License
• You would have a good understanding of emergency procedures & general health and safety procedures
