Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Value Steam Planning, new product quotation, routing maintain and update
2. Responsible for manufacturing process standardization (Document consistency, new standards creation, etc) 3. Drive 0-series execution in production
4. Responsible for Value Stream BPS maturity enhancement
5. Lead Engineering Change management
岗位职责： 1. 负责价值流规划, 新产品报价，工时维护与更新
2. 工艺过程标准化 (文件一致性，新标准创建等)
3. 推动0系列在生产线的执行
4. 负责价值流BPS成熟度提升
5. 主导工程变更管理
职位要求
Job Requirements:
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Experience Requirements: 3 - 5 years
3. Professional Competencies: 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Ergo, IE
4. Language Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English
5. Quality Requirements: Responsibility, Initiative, Cost awareness, Digital mindset
6. Other Requirements: Automotive industry or related quality experience, Proven track record in process improvement projects
