β’ Remote Call Center Representative
β’ Entry-level position with on-the-job training
β’ Minimum 9-month commitment required

β’ Good communication & computer skills
β’ Fluent in English
β’ Reliable and coachable
β’ Must follow a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks)
πΉ Tech Requirements
β’ Laptop specs:
o Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+
o Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
β’ Headset:
o Wired USB headset with visible microphone (No AirPods or wireless)
β’ Internet:
o Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected via cable)
o Wi-Fi and hotspot not accepted
πΉ Schedule & Salary
β’ Full-time: 5 days/week, 8β9 hrs/day
β’ Base salary + performance incentives (if applicable)
β’ Two yearly company events
πΉ Responsibilities
β’ Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
β’ Problem solving & documentation
β’ Follow scripts and internal procedures
β’ Maintain a calm, quiet work environment
