Job Description

The Customer Supply Chain Consultant serves as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring efficient order-to-cash operations and a high level of customer service. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating logistics activities, handling claims and returns, supporting export operations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process customer orders, monitor order fulfillment, and manage backorders while providing timely updates to customers.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, claims, and product availability.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Claims & Returns: Coordinate and monitor customer claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
• Export Support: Facilitate export documentation and transportation processes for international shipments.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to supply chain activities.
• Process Improvement: Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within customer and order management processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within a multinational environment.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of supply chain and export processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
