Mobility Aftermarket Logistics Department is looking to further extend our teams with performance and quality oriented Interns.

The department Logistics Planning & Fulfillment (MA/LOP) deals in material planning and logistics with the procurement of merchandises for the worldwide Mobility Aftermarket business. Its range of responsibilities includes the definition of dispositive logistic processes, the distribution and disposition of merchandises to warehouse locations handled by MA in Europe and furthermore the handling of several special processes.

Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
â–ºYou will secure availability of Automotive Aftermarket spare parts in central warehouse
â–ºYou will secure on-time delivery to customer requested date
â–ºYou will discuss production possibilities with production planners and follow it up
â–ºYou will secure reliable delivery date upon customer request
â–ºYou will conduct root cause analysis and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence
â–ºYou will be responsible for reporting KPIs and relevant information to the Business Unit and Management.

Qualifications

You would be a perfect match to our team if:
â–ºYou are a recent graduate or a final-year student of Business Administration focused on Logistics (preferably Faculty of Transportation and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics, or Faculty of Philology)
â–ºYou have Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
â–ºYou are advanced knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel
â–ºYou are fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are advantage.
â–ºYou have willingness to work in an international team
