YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operation and act as a key partner to the Operations Manager. You translate data into action and ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved.

• Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved; 
• Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans; 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives; 
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance; 
• Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency. 

You will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager. Together, you drive growth, scalability, and high customer service levels within a dynamic logistics setting.
Flexibility is required, as working hours may vary depending on operational needs.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level; 
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations; 
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management; 
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement; 
• Good command of the English language; 
• Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager.
