Job Description

This is a full-time accountant role located in the office in the heart of Achrafieh, Beirut. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial advice to the management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, payroll, and conducting financial audits. The Accountant will also monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure the accuracy of financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Experience with payroll processing and invoice management.
• Ability to conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus.

Working Hours

9am - 5pm: Mondays till Fridays

9am - 1pm : Saturdays
