MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international
environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management,
expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in
a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from
pre-planning to execution.
* Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, and interest and
experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
* Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
* Ability to proactively solve operational issues.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and
job functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Complete core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense
reporting, calendar management, facilities coordination). Complete core
program management tasks by delivering cross-functional, projects or events
from initiation through delivery.
* Scope, manage, and own move projects forward in an ambiguous environment.
Exhibit judgment and discretion when evaluating circumstances.
* Complete administrative and program management tasks with multiple approaches
to reach an optimal solution, and with foresight to anticipate and address
future issues.
* Understand the supported business’s strategy and goals to recommend process
and operational improvements that impact a single organization or site.
* Exhibit the highest standards of confidentiality, and possess an expert
understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
