Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) (Part Time)

Direct care position with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Assists in the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.</p> <p><strong>Shift:</strong> Hours between 16 - 32 hours / 2 - 4 days per week Depending on coverage needed</p> <p>1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm&nbsp;</p> <p>2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm&nbsp;</p> <p>3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay: </strong></p> <p>$15/hr before shift differentials</p> <p>1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00</p> <p>2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50</p> <p>3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with intake process with new clients into program.</li> <li>Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, responsible for detail client logs.</li> <li>Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.</li> <li>Coordinates activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
