Job Description

A creative, hands‑on kitchen talent who brings TRIBE’s food philosophy to life. As Chef de Partie, you craft beautiful, thoughtful dishes that reflect our design‑driven approach to hospitality. You’ll prepare and present high‑quality food with precision, support junior chefs in their growth, and help maintain an efficient, well‑organised kitchen.

You take pride in flavour, presentation, and consistency—and you thrive in a stylish, fast‑paced environment. From prep to service, stock management to mentoring, you’re a key player in delivering the elevated yet unfussy food experience TRIBE is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up.
• Solid skills in prep, cooking, and plating high‑quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene 
• Ability to lead and support junior chefs.
• Good organisation, stock control, and mise‑en‑place skills.
• Creative, efficient, and able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Positive team player who aligns with TRIBE’s authentic, stylish, guest‑focused vibe.
