Job responsibilities
* Support KYC process including: documentation analysis and control, local due
diligence workflow and client reference data through direct interaction with
key partners (relationship managers, case leads, Hub, Legal and Compliance);
* Conduct client outreach and follow up on Client pending documentation;
* Work closely with Sales and clients in facilitating on-boarding requests;
* Assisting internal questions about onboarding status;
* Provide support and facilitate KYC process for multiple LoBs, as per the
local and global policies;
* Liaise with Client Onboarding, reference data hubs and other supporting areas
as Legal, Sales Support, Compliance, Technology and global partner teams.
* Maintain a good control environment by tracking the E2E on-boarding workflow,
e.g. KYC approval, storage of on-boarding documents, etc
* Monitor and review metrics and reconciliation reports;
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Strong partnership and coordination skills;
* Ability to identify problems and drive to resolution;
* Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to
business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
* Extreme attention to details;
* Experience with KYC and local documentation requirements for on boarding
clients
* English and Portuguese fluency
* Strong skill in MS Excel
