WHAT YOU'LL DO

Commercial Strategy & Planning

• Lead Sales Market retail project resources to deliver a strong and inspiring store customer experience
• Improve commercial performance and in-store impact

Retail Space & Project Management

• Create plan and drive implementation for commercial upgrades and retail space improvements across store portfolio in the Sales Market
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and implementation of retail space projects and new format rollouts
• Optimize stock use, product flow, and store relevance

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with other SM functions and project resources (e.g., Expansion, VM,  Store Ops) to align commercial layouts and assortments
• Provide commercial insights to inform portfolio strategy through sales data and customer behavior analysisUse data insights to drive commercial decisions
• Partner with the global team to localize and implement global concepts

Team leadership

• Drive talent development, fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within the SM
• Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, ensuring they have the skills, clarity, and support needed to meet business goals.
• Provide direction and enable cross‑functional collaboration so teams can solve problems, share insights, and drive customer‑centric improvements
• Set priorities, empower decision‑making, and uphold accountability to secure strong execution and consistent performance across all areas.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Skills

• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic planning and long-term vision
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Expansion, or similar senior retail management role
• Experience working in an international, matrix organization
• Proven ability in project management and strategic planning
