This flexible, as-needed position focuses on facilitating expressive therapy groups for adults receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.</p> <p data-start="466" data-end="681">In this role, you will utilize art, music, dance, or other expressive modalities to support clients in their recovery journey. This is a group-focused position and does not include an individual counseling caseload.</p> <h3 data-section-id="t2pyjw" data-start="683" data-end="703">Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="704" data-end="1682"> <li data-section-id="gq4m8f" data-start="704" data-end="834">Facilitate creative arts therapy groups using art, music, dance, or other expressive modalities based on client treatment needs.</li> <li data-section-id="1t0f47z" data-start="835" data-end="920">Prepare and organize materials, activities, and session plans for scheduled groups.</li> <li data-section-id="1u7rbdd" data-start="921" data-end="1020">Observe client participation and communicate relevant clinical information to the treatment team.</li> <li data-section-id="1g95zi3" data-start="1021" data-end="1126">Collaborate with therapists and clinical leadership to support treatment planning and service delivery.</li> <li data-section-id="1iso3q5" data-start="1127" data-end="1210">Complete all required documentation accurately and within established timeframes.</li> <li data-section-id="1v4jplw" data-start="1211" data-end="1331">Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment during all sessions, including responding appropriately to crisis situations.</li> <li data-section-id="1ybo392" data-start="1332" data-end="1400">Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings.</li> <li data-section-id="1b57lo0" data-start="1401" data-end="1437">Travel to program sites as needed.</li> <li data-section-id="9wtlwq" data-start="1438" data-end="1506">Work approximately 15 to 20 hours per week based on program needs.</li> <li data-section-id="eqbn3u" data-start="1507" data-end="1610">Maintain confidentiality and comply with all organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards.</li> <li data-section-id="1p0r63m" data-start="1611" data-end="1682">Complete all required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="12f3so4" data-start="1684" data-end="1702">Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1703" data-end="2055"> <li data-section-id="w1ef6g" data-start="1703" data-end="1771">Master's degree in a clinical or behavioral health field required.</li> <li data-section-id="1dgt6qh" data-start="1772" data-end="1900">For Music Therapist roles supporting Substance Use Disorder programs, a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy will be considered.</li> <li data-section-id="1codr5k" data-start="1901" data-end="2012">ATR-BC, MT-BC, or BC-DMT preferred;
