What We're Looking For

Professional-level English (written and spoken) is required, as you'll be working with global stakeholders from day one
Curious about AI: you've played around with tools like Claude and Gemini and are excited to use them in a real work setting
Eager to learn: you're comfortable asking questions, picking things up quickly, and figuring out what needs doing without waiting to be told
