Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food and beverage service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate - F&B Service to join our dynamic team at ibis Hyderabad Hitec City, India. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Your friendly demeanor, collaborative spirit, and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely service delivery, and resolution of any service issues
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing to provide informed guest assistance
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service and respond promptly and empathetically to any concerns or special requests
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and efficiency in fast-paced environments
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service periods
• Support team members through collaborative problem-solving and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and operational needs while maintaining service quality and guest focus

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

• Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a hospitality or food service environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation best practices

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a guest service or food and beverage service role
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Certification in food safety or hospitality service
• Multilingual abilities
• Experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality establishment
