This role involves supervising, training, coordinating workflow, and overseeing quality for hospitality services staff and/or contracted vendors, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to cleanliness standards across assigned facilities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Supervision and Oversight:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Directly supervise housekeeping, janitorial, and linen services staff and/or contracted vendors.</li> <li>Assign responsibilities and monitor workflow to foster accountability, consistency, and high service quality.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct routine inspections of resident areas, offices, common spaces, and other assigned facility areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.</li> <li>Address environmental service concerns promptly and escalate operational issues as necessary.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Operational Coordination:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the point of contact for hospitality and environmental service-related concerns at the facility level.</li> <li>Establish staff schedules and assignments based on operational needs.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Staff Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide onboarding, orientation, coaching, and continuous performance feedback to hospitality staff.</li> <li>Conduct shift huddles, staff meetings, and individual check-ins to enhance communication, accountability, and staff development.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Inventory and Supply Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee linen inventory, supply management, and efforts to reduce loss.</li> <li>Collaborate with operational teams to support linen stewardship and environmental service initiatives.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with contracted vendors to ensure service standards and scopes of work are met.</li> <li>Partner with Dining, Clinical, Administrative, Facilities, and Behavioral Health teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Reporting and Communication:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in operational meetings and quality improvement discussions as required.</li> <li>Provide updates to leadership regarding staffing, service quality, operational concerns, and performance metrics.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Confidentiality and Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all company information.</li> <li>Complete all required training as designated by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing entities.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> Provide supervision, coaching, workflow oversight, and performance support to housekeeping, janitorial, and hospitality services staff, while assisting with oversight of contracted environmental service vendors.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li> <li>Experience supervising housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, environmental services, or related operational teams is required.</li> <li>Experience with contracted vendors or outsourced service providers is preferred.</li> <li>Background in healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, residential, or similar service environments is advantageous.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development capabilities.</li> <li>Knowledge of housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, and environmental service operations.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Capacity to manage multiple priorities and support workflow coordination.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li> <li>Proficiency in collaborating across departments and with contracted vendors.</li> <li>Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Employment Information:</strong> Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our dedication to client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.
