This role provides supervision, training, workflow coordination, and quality oversight for hospitality services staff and/or contracted vendors while supporting operational efficiency, cleanliness standards, and supply stewardship across assigned facilities.</p> <p data-start="639" data-end="894">The Guest Services Supervisor collaborates closely with operational, clinical, dining, behavioral health, and facilities teams to support a positive client experience and maintain environmental service standards aligned with organizational expectations.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1fwk86b" data-start="896" data-end="939">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="940" data-end="3084"> <li data-section-id="1exms0b" data-start="940" data-end="1076">Provide direct supervision and day-to-day oversight of housekeeping, janitorial, and linen services staff and/or contracted vendors.</li> <li data-section-id="9gdyuk" data-start="1077" data-end="1192">Assign staff responsibilities and monitor workflow to promote accountability, consistency, and service quality.</li> <li data-section-id="1f3r3gg" data-start="1193" data-end="1407">Conduct routine inspections of resident areas, offices, common spaces, hallways, stairwells, kitchens, loading docks, and other assigned facility areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.</li> <li data-section-id="1qc3rfw" data-start="1408" data-end="1506">Address environmental service concerns promptly and escalate operational issues appropriately.</li> <li data-section-id="oj6979" data-start="1507" data-end="1613">Serve as a facility-level point of contact for hospitality and environmental service-related concerns.</li> <li data-section-id="keryla" data-start="1614" data-end="1732">Establish schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage for hospitality services staff based on operational needs.</li> <li data-section-id="7ef1sc" data-start="1733" data-end="1834">Provide onboarding, orientation, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to hospitality staff.</li> <li data-section-id="1b78wn1" data-start="1835" data-end="1967">Conduct shift huddles, staff meetings, and individual check-ins to support communication, accountability, and staff development.</li> <li data-section-id="6r2qzj" data-start="1968" data-end="2043">Oversee linen inventory, supply management, and loss reduction efforts.</li> <li data-section-id="15u7fo3" data-start="2044" data-end="2172">Collaborate with operational and behavioral health teams to support linen stewardship and environmental service initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="9ehwyc" data-start="2173" data-end="2264">Support inventory oversight and ordering of hospitality-related supplies and materials.</li> <li data-section-id="1euisfq" data-start="2265" data-end="2375">Monitor staffing patterns and overtime utilization and identify opportunities for operational improvement.</li> <li data-section-id="13ofkrb" data-start="2376" data-end="2485">Coordinate with contracted vendors to ensure expectations, service standards, and scopes of work are met.</li> <li data-section-id="1eie9s8" data-start="2486" data-end="2625">Collaborate with Dining, Clinical, Administrative, Facilities, and Behavioral Health teams to support a safe and welcoming environment.</li> <li data-section-id="1x8gr5i" data-start="2626" data-end="2736">Participate in operational meetings, hospitality huddles, and quality improvement discussions as required.</li> <li data-section-id="1qqobd9" data-start="2737" data-end="2868">Provide updates to leadership regarding staffing, service quality, operational concerns, and environmental service performance.</li> <li data-section-id="jn2a6w" data-start="2869" data-end="2943">Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding company information.</li> <li data-section-id="9isq0g" data-start="2944" data-end="3046">Complete all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.</li> <li data-section-id="17kza4b" data-start="3047" data-end="3084">Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="y36xqd" data-start="3086" data-end="3120">Supervisory Responsibilities</h3> <p data-start="3121" data-end="3333">Provides supervision, coaching, workflow oversight, and performance support to housekeeping, janitorial, and hospitality services staff and may assist with oversight of contracted environmental service vendors.</p> <h3 data-section-id="qxjywd" data-start="3335" data-end="3364">Required Qualifications</h3> <p data-start="3366" data-end="3406"><strong data-start="3366" data-end="3404">Education, Licensure, &amp;
