As a HR Systems Analyst (Workday) at Aleph, you will work closely with HR and IT teams to understand their HR objectives and design tailored Workday solutions that meet their specific needs. You will combine your strong business analysis skills with your technical expertise in Workday to architect and deliver effective HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday modules, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives for HR and operations.
Conduct through analysis of internal needs, business processes, and industry best practices to architect comprehensive Workday solutions that align with HR goals and maximize operational efficiency.
Design solutions, including system configurations, process workflows, reporting frameworks, and integration strategies to drive optimal HR and finance operations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday modules, staying updated with the latest features, trends, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of Workday solutions.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance and configuration of Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting and Reporting.
Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and data integrity enhancements within Workday operations, collaborating with technology teams to implement scalable solutions.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to educate internal stakeholders on Workday functionalities, best practices, and solution architecture.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in Workday capabilities, and apply that knowledge to improve HR and finance operations and solution architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) working as a Workday Business Analyst or Solution Architect, with a focus on HR and operations.
Strong knowledge and expertise in architecting comprehensive solutions using Workday modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting and Reporting.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Extensive hands-on experience in Workday configuration, including business process design, security configuration, integration management, and reporting.
Knowledge of Workday integration capabilities, including PECI, DCOD, APIs, EIBs, and middleware solutions, to ensure smooth data flow and integration with other systems.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and solutions to both HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.
Experience in designing and implementing HR workflows, processes, and controls to achieve specific operational goals and compliance requirements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
