Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling visa-related data requests for inbound and outbound mobility activities.
• Prepare and organize documents required for visa applications and International Mobility processes.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of visa applications.
• Maintain and update inbound and outbound mobility checklists.
• Support data preparation, maintenance, and validation related to International Mobility activities.
• Handle document and data-related requests from relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks related to International Mobility activities as required.

Project Involvement:

• Support in digitalization and process improvement projects
• Support in data analytics and reporting projects

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Canva.
• Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to commit for 4-6 months of compulsory internship (please indicate the official internship period in the resume).
• Preferably start by September.
