Through our specialized programs—Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope—we provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents facing mental health and co-occurring disorders.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Lead Counselor&nbsp; (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) </strong>to provide clinical leadership.&nbsp;This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and fellow clinicians while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment.</p> <h2>Schedule</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Monday–Friday</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li><strong>Three daytime shifts:</strong> 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Two evening shifts:</strong> Either <strong>12:00 PM – 8:00 PM</strong> or <strong>1:00 PM – 9:00 PM</strong></li> </ul> <hr data-start="1104" data-end="1107"> <h3 data-start="1109" data-end="1135">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="1137" data-end="2084"> <li data-start="1137" data-end="1287"> <p data-start="1139" data-end="1287">Supervise a team of therapists providing outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.</p> </li> <li data-start="1288" data-end="1378"> <p data-start="1290" data-end="1378">Evaluate clients to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.</p> </li> <li data-start="1379" data-end="1461"> <p data-start="1381" data-end="1461">Assist counselors in developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.</p> </li> <li data-start="1462" data-end="1539"> <p data-start="1464" data-end="1539">Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1540" data-end="1624"> <p data-start="1542" data-end="1624">Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other assigned staff.</p> </li> <li data-start="1625" data-end="1694"> <p data-start="1627" data-end="1694">Maintain a caseload, as necessary, to support program operations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1695" data-end="1776"> <p data-start="1697" data-end="1776">Support the Program Director in the development of new programs and services.</p> </li> <li data-start="1777" data-end="1862"> <p data-start="1779" data-end="1862">Conduct chart audits and complete clerical tasks related to client documentation.</p> </li> <li data-start="1863" data-end="1963"> <p data-start="1865" data-end="1963">Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention when needed.</p> </li> <li data-start="1964" data-end="2084"> <p data-start="1966" data-end="2084">Ensure the clinical program operates as scheduled and meets all licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2086" data-end="2089"> <h3 data-start="2091" data-end="2119">Education &amp;
