Logistic Superintendent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. As a Logistic Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics operations
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes
Monitor and manage logistics budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication between all areas of the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to logistics operations.
Willing to be placed in Site Environment with roster working schedule
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
