That’s why we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li> <li>Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days</li> <li>401K savings + match</li> <li>Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus</li> <li>Unlimited CEUs through MedBridge</li> <li>And additional benefits!</li> </ul> <p><strong>On the day-to-day, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals</li> <li>Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans</li> <li>Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans</li> <li>Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity</li> <li>Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)</li> <li>Provide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job requirements include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred</li> <li>Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility</li> <li>Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred</li> </ul> <p>We are seeking Physical Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
