Job Description

Job summary

             Supervisor for all workshop workers in production area to ensure quality, cost and delivery

Responsibilities   

• Build up shop floor organization according to TPZ and production plan
• Train and qualify the workers according to RBCD training system
• Evaluate the performance of the workers according to RBCD guideline
• Manage and motivate the workers to achieve the required production targets
• Follow up the production plan to meet the customer requirements
• Lead the productivity improvements
• Keep high standard 5S, EHS and discipline in workshop according to RBCD requirements
• Lead the CIP activities in workshop
• Reduce waste of resources
• Advise and support planning engineers for the process improvement activities

• Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations during operation including proper use of industrial safety equipments
• Follow up the ISO/TS16949 and BOSCH quality management system requirements in the area
• Implement the quality tools (SPC, POKA YOKE, 8D, QAM) in the area according to standard
• Support projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area
• Support TPM implementation
• Prepare all production related topics for audits (Quality, EHS, BVS/-Q, C/AU…)
• Follow up BPS and system-CIP standards during production
• Collect and summarize the production data
• Coordinate with other functions in order to establish the maximize allocation of resources
• Additional tasks from (senior) manager

Qualifications

Qualification Requirement

Educational background (language): 

• Bachelor or Master degree

Job Relevant Knowledge:  

• Major in Engineering or related
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
• Good English and /or Germany communication skills
•  

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing of high volume products
