Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限:    

• In accordance with the company’s development strategy and regional target management projects.

• Contribute to the growth of business in China

• Be responsible for identifying the feasibility of NPIs projects and ensuring the success rate of projects. 

负责和识别新项目的可行性和确保NPI项目的成功率

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams (including R&D/Sales/Procurement/Quality/Operation and so on

组建、领导并激励跨职能项目团队（包括研发、销售、采购、质量、生产、技术）

• Clearly assign tasks to ensure that team members have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the priority of their tasks. 

明确分配任务，确保团队成员清晰理解自己的职责和任务优先级

• Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and among all stakeholders. 

促进团队内部及与各利益相关者之间的有效沟通与协助

• Resolve internal conflicts within the team and create a positive and efficient working atmosphere. 

解决团队内部的冲突，营造积极高效的工作气氛

• As the main contact person for the project, it’s necessary to maintain regular communication with the customers and other relevant stakeholders. 

作为项目的主要联络人，需要与客户及其他关键利益相关者保持定期沟通

• Regularly present project status reports, clearly and accurately reporting on project progress, risks, issues and budget situations. 

定期呈现项目状态报告，清晰、准确地汇报项目进展、风险、问题和预算情况

• Effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders and ensure that project goals are in line with business strategies.

有效管理利益相关者的期望，确保项目目标与业务战略保持一致

• Proactively identify, analyze and assess potential risks of the projects, and formulate risk response strategies.

主动识别、分析并评估项目潜在风险，制定风险应对策略

• Monitor project quality to ensure that project delivery meets the predetermined standards and requirements.

监控项目质量，确保项目交付符合预定的标准和要求

• After the project is completed, summarize the experiences and lessons learned to promote the continuous improvement of the project management process.

在项目结束后，总结经验教训，推动项目管理流程持续改进

• Formulate and manage project budgets, monitor project costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.

制定和管理项目预算，监控项目成本，确保项目在批准的预算内完成

• Coordinate and allocate the human, material and technical resources required for the project.

协调和分配项目所需的人力，物力和技术资源

• Have a thorough knowledge of the customers and relevant industries in their territory

深入了解客户及其所在地区的相关行业

• Provides input and recommendations to the senior management and business management on product requirements and needs, marketing requirements on pricing needs, manufacturer representatives' needs, and changes for the company according to industry demands. 

根据行业需求，就产品要求和需求、定价需求的市场需求、制造商代表的需求以及公司的变化向高级管理层和业务管理层提供反馈和建议

• Comply with HSE requirements. It is strictly prohibited to command or force operators to work at risk despite of regulations; Understand the risk factors, preventive actions and emergency plan for the accident in the related workplace; To use PPE correctly; Conduct accident prevention, and report any hidden danger or other unsafe factors immediately; Abide by the rules and regulations of safety production and operation rules; implement garbage classification

信守HSE要求，严禁违章冒险作业；了解其作业场所和工作岗位存在的危险因素、防范措施及事故应急措施；正确使用个人防护用品；进行事故防范 ，发现事故隐患或者其他不安全因素，应当立即报告 ；遵守安全生产规章制度和操作规则；执行垃圾分类

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识，技能及能力: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, Business, Marketing or a four-year technical degree required

工程、商务、市场营销或四年技术专业学士学位优先

• Professional experiences in a related background connector of Medical and Industrial related market as assigned

具有医疗和工业连接器，医疗器械，医疗行业和工业行业相关背景，的专业经验

• More than 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a project management or equivalent position, with successful experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

5年以上项目管理经验，其中至少2年以上担任项目管理或同等职位，有成功管理复杂，跨职能项目的经验

• Proficient in project management methods and capable of applying them flexibly in practice.

具有精通项目管理方法，并具备在实际项目中灵活应用的能力

• Willing to travel approximately 40% - 50% of the time

愿意有40% - 50%的时间出差

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

具有优秀的书面和口头沟通能力对于英语和普通话                

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 

优秀的领导能力和人际交往能力

• Good chemistry with a vibrant, strongly opinionated and dynamic senior leadership team

• Ability to organize work to achieve maximum efficiency and ability to prioritize and plan to achieve set goals

• Holders of PMP or similar project management certifications are preferred.

持有PMP或同类项目管理认真者优先

• Ability to make decisions on challenging matters and sound judgement skills
