Job Description

• Purchase goods, materials, and supplies as requested by authorized departments.
• Collect and deliver purchased items to the designated company locations.
• Compare prices and source products from approved suppliers to obtain the best value.
• Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of purchased items before accepting delivery.
• Obtain and submit receipts, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain the assigned company vehicle in good working condition and report any maintenance requirements.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company purchases and supplier information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in purchasing, driving, or logistics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required.
• Familiarity with local roads, suppliers, and markets.
