Join our Reservations team and coordinate group bookings from enquiry to arrival while creating seamless guest experiences. Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way from pre arrival to departure process.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Group management - group reservations and room blocks
• Coordinate rooming lists, invoicing, payments and amendments
• Group wash, attritions, block requirements, traces and follow ups with Agents
• Liaise with Sales, Events and Operations teams
• Optimize inventory, conversions and revenue opportunities
• Deliver seamless guest service
• Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively, with enthusiasm to be hands on
• Flexible and be able to work in the F.I T Res agent task when business requires

Qualifications

About You:

• A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Reservations or Front Office experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization skills, time management and prioritization
• Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences
