Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter Pharma (Indoor) to join our pharmaceutical organization in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products within indoor healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and healthcare professionals, driving product awareness and sales through effective engagement and relationship building.

• Promote and demonstrate pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff in indoor healthcare facilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers within assigned territories
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals about product features, benefits, and clinical applications
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and promotional objectives through strategic planning and consistent execution
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and company policies during all promotional activities
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments using customer relationship management tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned indoor venues
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all customer interactions
• Participate in training programs and product updates to maintain current knowledge of pharmaceutical offerings and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy promotion, medical sales, or healthcare retail.
• Experience in indoor pharmacy sales or product promotion is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and wellness products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills.
