Our ACTT program delivers intensive, community-based behavioral health services to individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders.</p> <p>Rather than waiting for clients to come to us, our multidisciplinary team meets individuals where they are—in their homes, shelters, workplaces, and throughout the community—to provide personalized, recovery-focused care that promotes stability, independence, and long-term success.</p> <p>If you're passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use challenges while working alongside a collaborative team of behavioral health professionals, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <h2>Why Join Pyramid Healthcare's Charlotte ACTT Team?</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive pay: <strong>$24.50–$28.00 per hour</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>In-house licensure supervision</p> </li> <li> <p>Company vehicle and company cell phone provided</p> </li> <li> <p>Mileage reimbursement</p> </li> <li> <p>Comprehensive onboarding and ACTT training</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible scheduling</p> </li> <li> <p>Supportive multidisciplinary team environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <p>As the ACTT Substance Abuse Counselor, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide substance use assessments, counseling, and recovery support in community settings</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver individual, family, and group counseling focused on co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop individualized treatment plans and recovery goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, NCTOPPS, LOCAs, discharge planning, and required authorizations within established timeframes</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, peer support specialists, families, and community providers</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist clients with relapse prevention, harm reduction, and recovery planning</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide crisis intervention and participate in the ACTT on-call rotation (weekday and rotating weekends)</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and case consultations</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel throughout the Charlotte area to meet clients in homes and community settings</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>LCAS, LCAS-A, or CADC certification (or ability to obtain required credential within 90 days of hire)</p> </li> <li> <p>Qualified Professional (QP) status according to <strong>10A NCAC 27G.0104</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Valid North Carolina driver's license with an acceptable driving record</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work independently in a community-based setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Join Our Mission</h2> <p>At Pyramid Healthcare, we believe recovery is possible for everyone.
