Ted Britt Ford Lincoln is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warranty Administrator to join our growing Fixed Operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate warranty claim processing, compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and maximizing dealership profitability through proper claim administration.

What You'll Do
Process Ford and Lincoln warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
Submit warranty claims and monitor payment status
Follow up on rejected or suspended claims and pursue corrections as needed
Audit repair orders for technician stories, causal parts, labor operations, and required documentation
Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claim accuracy
Maintain warranty schedules and receivables
Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Assist with internal and external warranty audits
Support service department operations and administrative functions as needed

Requirements
Previous automotive warranty administration experience
Ford and/or Lincoln warranty experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of dealership service operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
