Job Description
- Perform AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
- Complete assigned daily tasks independently and within the required timeframe
- Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance concerns
- Monitor workshop tools, spare parts, and stock levels
- Follow hotel safety procedures, operational standards, and emergency protocols
- Maintain professional workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results
- Work effectively both independently and as part of the Engineering team
- Support task-force assignments, new hotel openings, and other duties as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Additional Information
- Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Familiar with safety standards, emergency procedures, and preventive maintenance
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergency call-outs
- Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Committed to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
