Job Description

• Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and generate accounts payable reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and identify process improvements while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role in international environment (Shared Services Center experience advantage)
• Experience with ERP systems and in accounting software, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong accuracy in data entry, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication with internal and external customers (vendors)
• Proficiency in English at B2 level, with strong written and verbal communication.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 1 700 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
