We are Grab Rentals Indonesia, providing fleet vehicles and improving partner productivity across Grab. We support unbanked individuals by helping them access vehicles and opportunities to work as driver-partners. Our Analytics team supports the business by providing reliable data and insights to improve operations & partner productivity.

Get to Know the Role

As an Analytics Assistant Manager, you will maintain data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure reports are accurate and reliable. You will also manage core Rental data tables and create new datasets when needed. Working with Planning and Operations, you will provide data support and turn business needs into practical solutions. You will report to the Planning & Analytics Manager. This is an onsite role based in Jakarta

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Maintain core Rental data tables to ensure all downstream reporting and datasets are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Monitor automated data pipelines, fix pipeline errors, execute manual overrides when needed, and proactively automate manual workflows.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and custom datasets that translate raw data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations, converting complex business questions into actionable solutions.
• Continuously optimize pipeline performance while keeping data consistent, accurate, and secure across all deliverables.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, table management, large datasets), Python (data processing, automation, pipeline troubleshooting), Power BI (building/maintaining dashboards), and Excel.
• Prior background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Operations; senior, lead, or supervisory experience
• Proactive and detail-oriented, taking complete accountability for data reliability and fixing issues before they reach stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business questions into actionable data solutions.
