Job Description

•Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Blue tools, MT & HG through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers

* Core Competencies - Channel Management  & User Management

•Network management of direct dealers & sub-dealers. Provide optimal service to them.

•Define and execute the annual business plan and regional strategy for the Key User Management (KUM) business.

Drive both primary and secondary sales targets across designated territories and vertical segments.

Identify untapped high-potential industrial clusters and expand market share through structured customer acquisition and pipeline management.

•Specific initiatives to support products- New launches, Cordless tools etc

Guide channel partners in aligning their direct-selling capabilities with Bosch’s user-conversion strategy.

•Digital tool usage to improve business results

•Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing

•Information gathering about competitors & market trends

•Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel

•Collaborate across BU team of power tools and Bosch to create opportunities of sales

Qualifications

B- TECH MECH / ELECTRICAL / MBA - Sales & Marketing. 

Minimum 2-4 year experience in Channel & industrial sales

Additional Information

1.Experience in trade (dealer/distributor) sales – minimum 2-4 years

2. Industrial tools, power tools, capital equipment, industrial consumables, welding equipment, or related engineering/manufacturing segments has added advantage.
