Within the Global Premium Brands Team, you will join an international team responsible for shaping and developing some of Accor's Premium brands worldwide.

The team drives strategic initiatives across brand marketing, guest experience, digital transformation, internal communication, and brand development. In a fast-paced and multicultural environment, you will work closely with regional teams across Europe, Americas, Middle East, China, and Asia-Pacific, as well as Digital, Performance, Guest Experience teams and external creative agencies.

Your mission

As a Brand Marketing & Guest Experience Intern, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of global brand initiatives.

Brand Marketing & Activation

• Support the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the deployment of global brand activation initiatives.

Brand Projects Planning

• Support project management and coordination across multiple brand initiatives.
• Monitor timelines and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders.
• Contribute to project follow-up and reporting.

Research & Insights

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and brand performance.
• Prepare recommendations and actionable insights for the team.

Brand Meetings & Administrative Planning

• Support the organization of international brand meetings and workshops.
• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.
• Assist with administrative coordination of key brand projects.

Qualifications

And you?

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Marketing.
• A first experience in marketing, project management, hospitality, or brand management would be appreciated.

Appreciated skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Soft skills

• Detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Curious, creative, and proactive.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Well-organized with strong project management capabilities.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• French is a plus.
