- Oversee daily operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Direct maintenance and repairs for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and guest areas
- Execute and optimize the hotel's preventive maintenance program
- Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and hotel property
- Monitor departmental budget and control expenses; contribute to annual operating budget forecasts
- Develop and deliver training programs that build technical skills and ensure professional standards
- Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback
- Ensure adherence to all fire, life safety, and emergency procedures
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulations

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Results-driven with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with sound business acumen and HR management capabilities
