Job Description
Assistant Manager, People Development
The position will support the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels.
- Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc.
- Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program.
- Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
- Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs.
- Drives grooming standards across all departments.
- Drives learning needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
- Supports other learning and development, quality programs, initiatives.
- Passionately shows eagerness to learn, develop, humble, kind and engage with all team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, People Development, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in People Development, Training, or HR, preferably in similar role.
- Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders.
- Passion for people development, continuous learning, coaching, and promoting positive workplace culture.
