Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Restaurant (Fi'lia) at Roswyn – A Morgans Original Hotel supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of one of the hotel’s signature dining or beverage outlets. This role ensures smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while embodying Morgans Originals’ philosophy of luxury lifestyle hospitality. The Assistant Manager acts as a bridge between the outlet team and management, fostering excellence in service, teamwork, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Assist in delivering exceptional service that reflects Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
• Engage with guests to personalize experiences, resolve concerns, and build loyalty.
• Ensure presentation and service standards are consistently upheld in line with outlet concept.

Operational Excellence

• Support daily outlet operations, including reservations, seating, and service flow.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination to maintain quality and sustainability.
• Ensure smooth coordination with culinary and beverage teams for seamless guest experiences.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and guide outlet staff during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Support training and development programs to enhance team skills and consistency.
• Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and passion for hospitality.

Financial & Business Management

• Assist in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Support analysis of sales trends and guest feedback to refine offerings.
• Contribute to promotions and special events in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Quality & Compliance

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices across the outlet.
• Ensure compliance with international luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in luxury hotels, resorts, or lifestyle establishments.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service operations.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage multicultural teams.
• Basic financial acumen and operational management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
