Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Gurugram, India. In this pivotal role, you will support the sales leadership in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, goal-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact organisational success. - Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve departmental targets and revenue objectives - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive market analysis and strategic outreach - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively - Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and commercial agreements whilst maintaining transparency and professionalism - Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales planning and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate closely with internal departments—including operations, finance, and customer service—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and corporate functions to strengthen market presence and build brand awareness - Support the onboarding and induction of new team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive sales culture - Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement and development

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:** - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline - Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably managing corporate accounts or key clients - Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Excellent organisational and time-keeping abilities, with strong attention to detail - Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team **Desirable Qualifications:**
• Experience in account management or business development within a corporate environment - Knowledge of sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques - Familiarity with market analysis tools and sales forecasting
• Certification in sales, business development, or related field - Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven organisation - Multilingual capabilities (particularly Hindi and English fluency)
