Job Description

We are looking for Atlassian administrator to support our datacenter application suite. This position is responsible for maintaining testing instance and help business users to automate their processes.
 

We expect the Atlassian Administrator to:
 

• Configure, maintain, and administrate Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk),
• Configure and maintain Jira workflows, automation, integrations, and other platform functionality.
• Manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs,
• Work with users to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and identify appropriate solutions,
• Collaborate with development, Linux, and other technical teams on platform maintenance and issue resolution,
• Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities,
• Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:
 

• 3 years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk),
• Strong knowledge of JQL,
• Experience with Jira Cloud,
• Strong knowledge of Jira Automation and ScriptRunner,
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies,
• Experience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferable,
• Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable.
   

Nice-to-have skills:
 

• Experience working with REST APIs,
• Experience with Jira performance tuning,
• Experience with Jira Data Center and/or Jira Cloud migrations.
