Job Description

Company Description

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan for over 25 years. With purpose‑built clinics featuring Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we operate as one connected team—supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful, real‑life outcomes.

In 2024 we joined MedHealth Group, which means even more stability, security, long‑term career pathways, and a whole suite of additional rewards and benefits. It’s truly the best of both worlds: the warmth and connection of a close‑knit team, backed by the strength, resources, and opportunities of a national network.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
  • Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
  • Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
  • Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes
  • Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

We know the day‑to‑day matters—but so do the extras.

  • Feel rewarded – competitive salary, toll and KM reimbursement ($1.01p/km), fortnightly incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks
  • Access more through MedHealth – wellbeing programs, salary packaging, novated leasing, Fitness Passport, travel club, reward programs, additional leave and access to a range of corporate partnerships
  • 1:1 supervision + mentoring — from Team Leaders, Senior Practitioners, and a Clinic Manager who genuinely care.
  • Keep growing — group supervision, lunch‑and‑learns, conference days, internal/external PD, and a huge online learning portal.
  • Flexibility that actually works – with options that support your life outside of work
  • A fun, connected team vibe — team lunches, dinners, theme days, festive celebrations… we love a good excuse to have fun.
  • Modern tech + admin support — so you can focus on great therapy, not paperwork.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle

    Additional Information

Our team’s impact has been recognised with Most Outstanding Health Service awards in 2023, 2024, and 2026, and we were named finalist for Outstanding Employer of Choice in 2025—which we think says a lot about the kind of team you’ll be joining.

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, feel genuinely supported, and enjoy coming to work each day (yes, really)—we’d love to hear from you.
