Job Description
- Responsible for cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting for overhead;
- Identifying and analyzing risk in business area and provide improvement solution;
- Responsible for project system budgeting and control;
- Verifying purchase requisition and control the spending of the company;
- Ensuring period end closing is completed timely;
- Managing and calculating development projects costs;
- Support monthly overhead controlling and review meeting;
- Preparing and submitting monthly reporting for the business;
- Preparing business plan and ensuring current forecast is updated timely;
- Preparing debit / credit notes to ME/XC and other business units; and
- Key user for overhead controlling and in charge of cost center maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting, and controlling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Costing and Controlling modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
