Job Description
- Responsibility for sales in TΓΌrkiye (Marmara Region) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of customers.
- Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix).
- Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team.
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers.
- Information gathering about competitors & market trends.
- Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user.
- Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development.
- Increases numeric and weighted distribution.
- Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial thinking.
- Autonomous working manner.
- Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation.
- Analytical thinking and strategic overview.
- Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods.
- Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
