Butler (Club Millesium)

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Butler to join our Club Millésime team.

As a Butler, you will be the heart of the Club Millésime experience, delivering personalised, anticipatory and discreet service while creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and attentive Butler service to Club Millésime guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and create tailor-made experiences throughout their stay.
• Welcome, assist and farewell guests with warmth, elegance and professionalism.
• Manage guest requests, preferences and special arrangements with discretion.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions and personalised guest experiences.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Uphold Sofitel's luxury service standards, grooming standards and service culture at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of Butler experience from Luxury background including F&B experience.
• Strong communication skiils
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
