Job Purpose：
保障生产所需物料的充足供应
维持合理的库存水平
管理供应商，持续提高供应商的业绩
Principal Accountabilities:
1． 基于对物料和供应链的知识，为每个物料规划合理的采购参数。
2． 在合适的时间释放合适数量的订单， 实现充足供应， 同时保持合理的库存水平。
3． 与供应商密切沟通，实时关注供应进度， 及时识别风险。 关注供应商的库存和产能。
4． 供应出现异常时， 及时协调相关资源， 积极灵活地解决问题。
5． 基于对需求的正确理解， 释放合适数量的订单和预测给供应商。 根据需求的变动及时调整订单， 维持合理的库存水平。 利用库存管理工具，及时分析库存结构并采取有效措施。
6． 协调资源， 支持客户的紧急或特殊需求， 支持国外工厂解决问题。
7． 遵守公司相关规章制度， 遵循相关运营规则
8． 配合上级提供其它必要的支持
Qualification, skills and knowledge:
1． 大专以上学历
2． 两年以上采购相关工作经验优先
3． 熟练运用Microsoft系列办公软件。 较强的英语沟通能力。 熟悉MRP运算逻辑
4． 了解基本的加工制造工艺知识
5． 具备快速学习能力， 较强的逻辑思维， 和深入分析和解决问题的能力
6． 很强的沟通和协调能力
7． 责任心强，认真负责，积极进取， 具备抗压能力，重视团队合作
